Save your seatWEX ran from $184.93 on April 22, 2026 to $142.91 by May 27 as the post-earnings spike faded and the market digested the activist fight, board changes, and capital allocation update.
A failure to hold $140 could see a retrace toward $133 to $135, with the April low near $128.91 still in play after that. Any weak setup into the next report, or signs that growth is slipping after the Q1 beat, would accelerate the downside.
If WEX holds the $140 to $145 zone, a move back toward $155 to $165 is on the table. Resistance at $150 is the first hurdle, and buyers would want to see follow-through from the new $1 billion buyback and the stronger 2026 outlook.
