Save your seatTRIP faded from roughly $14 in late March to $11.15 now after its May 7, 2026 earnings report showed a wider loss, a 4% revenue decline, and continued weakness in Hotels and Other despite growth at Viator and TheFork.
A failure to hold $10.50 could see a retrace toward the $9.00 to $9.50 range. More soft travel demand, weaker hotel trends, or another guide-down on margins would accelerate the downside.
If TRIP holds the $10.50 to $11.00 area and buyers keep leaning into the Viator growth story plus the Starboard activist angle, a move back toward $13.50 to $15.00 is on the table. Resistance near $12.00 is the first hurdle.
