Save your seatMAT faded from the $22.48 February high to $14.10 by late March, then kept chopping near $14.90 after weak holiday results, softer 2026 profit guidance, and tariff pressure reset the story.
The stock has the potential to go down if $14.10 fails, with room toward the $13.00 to $13.50 area. Another weak retail read, more tariff pressure, or margin disappointment into the next report would likely speed up that move.
If MAT holds the $14.10 to $14.50 zone and keeps building above recent lows, a rebound toward $16.25 to $17.00 is on the table. Resistance near $15.50 is the first hurdle, and a clean move through there would tell you buyers are finally showing up.
