Save your seatGPK faded from roughly $13 after its May 5, 2026 earnings release to about $11 now as weak margins, higher leverage, and lawsuit headlines kept pressure on the stock.
The stock has the potential to go down if it loses $10.50, with a retrace toward $9.00 to $8.79 in play. More weak operating updates, heavier input-cost pressure, or added fallout from the securities lawsuit would accelerate the downside.
If GPK holds the $10.50 to $11.00 area and buyers step in on steady volume, a rebound toward $12.50 to $13.50 is on the table. Resistance at $11.75 is the first hurdle.
