Save your seatFRGT ran from about $0.50 post-split to $13.93 in the past year, and now sits near $4.36 after the May 18, 2026 1-for-5 reverse split and a string of AI software transition headlines.
A failure to hold $4.00 could see a retrace toward the $3.00 to $3.25 range. Another financing move, more preferred-share conversion overhang, or weak follow-through after the reverse split would accelerate the downside.
If FRGT holds the $4.00 to $4.25 area and volume comes back, a move toward $5.50 to $6.50 is on the table. Resistance at $4.75 is the first hurdle, and any fresh update on selling the brokerage unit or adding software contracts could help.
