Save your seatCVLT ran from roughly $99 in late April to $119 now after Commvault posted fiscal Q4 2026 results with 13% revenue growth and 21% annual recurring revenue growth, then backed that up with reaffirmed growth commentary and management changes in April.
A failure to hold $112 could see a retrace toward the $103 to $105 range. More insider sale filings or any slowdown in annual recurring revenue growth would accelerate the downside.
If CVLT holds the $112 to $115 area, a move back toward $130 is on the table. Resistance at $122 is the first hurdle, and steady volume tied to cyber resilience and artificial intelligence demand would help.
