Save your seatBIRD ran from $2.49 on April 14 to an intraday high of $16.99 by April 16 after Allbirds announced a $50 million convertible financing facility and an AI compute pivot.
The stock has the potential to go down if it loses $3.75, with room to retrace toward $3.00 to $2.50. Any disappointment around the asset sale, financing close, or more balance sheet pressure would speed up that move.
If BIRD holds the $3.75 to $4.00 area and fresh volume comes back around the NewBird AI story, a rebound toward $5.50 is on the table. Resistance near $4.50 is the first hurdle, then the $6 zone matters.
