Black Friday is usually a feast or famine in the market…

This year was more of a famine in small caps. Top watches like Palisade Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: PALI) and Cosmos Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) didn’t make the moves I was watching for…

But if you had the day off to trade and didn’t find the small-cap patterns you like, you could’ve caught a roughly $2 per share move in a mid-priced stock — if you had the right tools to alert you to it…

Plenty of SteadyTrade Team members nailed it…

And if you’ve been watching the World Cup recently, this news might be particularly interesting to you.

Here’s what you missed if you don’t have StocksToTrade’s Breaking News Chat and our Oracle algorithm. (See how you can get them both for free here.)

Did You See This Trade On Friday?

On Wednesday in premarket, the Breaking News Chat team alerted news that Manchester United plc (NYSE: MANU) launched a process to explore strategic alternatives for the club.

Later in the day, it was announced that there was a potential bid for the club…

The stock ended up gaining 15%.

Fast forward to Friday and MANU was gapping up again. And the stock was on Oracle with a buy signal at $20.67.

You could’ve entered on that dip and rip style trade idea with your risk at $20 — the stock’s daily low. A little over an hour later the stock hit a high of $22.95.

Not bad for a day that was a famine in small caps

Check out just a few of the SteadyTrade Team members’ nailed trades…
