Two ‘Real’ Stock Trade Ideas and How to Trade Them

Yesterday was another great example of how swing trades and real stocks are full of opportunities right now…

Even our Oracle algorithm is picking up on some incredible trade ideas.

I’ll share two of them with you today…

But you also have to know how to approach these trade ideas.

They’re not the same as day trading low-float runners.

So read my tips for letting these winners run. And see why swing trading might be a good option for you!

Two ‘Real’ Stock Trade Ideas and How to Trade Them

Affirm Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFRM) has been a swing trade idea on and off for a while recently.

It took a hit with a big gap down, but it’s recovered. And yesterday it had news with Walmart Inc. (NYSE: WMT)…

That’s one of the reasons our Oracle algorithm picked it up as a stock with a high probability of exploding.

It gave an entry signal price of $47.69…

But if you’re new to swing trading or trading in general, how do you know when to get out of a position?

Oracle can help with that too…

The next resistance level Oracle mapped out for AFRM is $53.50. That means there’s potential for a $5.81 per share move.

But with these larger cap names, you won’t often see a big move like that in one day…

So you can set a risk level or use a trailing stop and let the trade work without micromanaging it.

Chewy, Inc. (NYSE: CHWY) was another ‘real’ stock on Oracle yesterday.

The stock was up on news that an analyst initiated coverage on the stock with a buy rating

Oracle had the entry signal at $23.05…

And again, Oracle can help you plan exits with the resistance levels it plots on the chart, and show in the screener.

For CHWY, the next resistance level is $24.08. So it doesn’t have the potential for as volatile of a move as AFRM.

But the idea behind swing trades isn’t to make monster gains in one day — that’s what day traders try to do.

With swing trading, you want the potential for big gains but spread out over a few days or weeks.

And the big advantage to swing trading is that ‘real’ stocks don’t have as much downside risk.

You won’t see a large-cap stock drop a dollar or two per share in a minute (unless there’s some kind of bad news).

So you can hold them and play the markets while working your 9-5.

Have a stop loss in place and check in on it once in a while.
