Investment Writer/Editor

Millionaire Publishing is seeking an experienced Investor Writer/Editor to write editorial pieces for email and blog posts, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with the investment guru’s voice. The ideal candidate must be team-oriented and enjoy collaborating in a creative environment. We are looking for someone who is a great listener and can gather insight from industry experts and create copy that is simple, conversational, and most importantly impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write multiple editorial pieces weekly for email and blog posts, ensuring content is engaging, insightful, and aligned with the investment guru’s voice and philosophy.
  • Develop compelling headlines and subject lines that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Research market trends, investment strategies, and financial topics to create high-quality, informative content.
  • Ensure all content is free from typos, grammatical errors, and inconsistencies.
  • Fact-check investment ideas, references, and claims to maintain credibility and trust.
  • Adhere to the brand’s style, tone, and compliance guidelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the guru’s investment style, strategies, and product offerings.
  • Stay informed on relevant market trends, economic news, and financial concepts.
  • Translate complex investment ideas into clear, accessible content for the audience.
  • Understand marketing priorities, audience segmentation, and promotional strategies to ensure content supports business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Maintain awareness of key product launches, promotions, and campaign timelines.
  • Work closely with other editors, analysts, and writers to ensure content consistency and quality.
  • Communicate regularly with the franchise lead, marketers, and email team to align on messaging and strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the investment guru, capturing and clearly communicating his investment ideas.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar to meet deadlines and publication schedules.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and market developments to provide timely, relevant content.
  • Participate in editorial meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
  • Review content engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work with the analytics team to refine messaging and improve reader response.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices for investment publishing and digital content marketing.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in investment editing and writing newsletter and other marketing related material
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a related field preferred
  • Excellent writing skills for investment audiences (institutional, asset management, or capital markets preferred)
  • Producing high quality copy for a suite of marketing materials—both offline and online— that have been designed to help promote our range of focus funds
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace

Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-tier customer service, technical support, and administrative assistance to our valued clients. Essential job functions:

  • Manage incoming customer requests via designated phone lines and ticketing systems.
  • Provide prompt, clear, and professional responses to technical and general inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to software usage, account access, and service functionality.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule advanced technical assistance as needed.
  • Manage and update customer account information accurately.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of trade alerts and service metrics.
  • Document key processes and contribute to creating SOPs and reference materials.
  • Support cross-departmental requests, including those from sales, marketing, and product teams.

Additional duties:

  • Take initiative to contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • Support the broader support team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to streamline support operations and improve response times.

  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting processes.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
